– Golf Cart Rental Agreement
The rented golf cart(s) is (are) for
(name)________________________________.
I agree to the following conditions. In the
event that I violate any of the following
conditions, I agree and understand that I will
be charged for any damages and/or prohibited
from future rentals from
Green Oak Golf Cart Sales LLC.
• I promise to return the rented golf cart(s) to
the location delivered or picked up, in as good
condition as I received. I will operate the golf
cart safely and responsibly, and I will preserve
and protect the golf cart from loss or damage to
the cart itself, my person or property, and the
persons or property of others. I agree to be
legally and financially liable for all costs of
repairs to the golf cart, and for the loss,
damage and/or injuries to my person or property
and the persons or property of others regardless
of fault.
* I understand there is a $500.00 deposit (per
cart rented) held on the credit card provided by
the customer at the time of reservation for the
said rentals. By providing a credit card number
to
Green Oak Golf Cart Sales LLC., I authorize them to
hold the dollar amount of the required deposit
until after the rental is completed. There is a
$10.00 charge for every lost key provided for
the rented golf cart(s). All carts rented must
contain the same level of gas (regular unleaded)
as when delivered by
Green Oak Golf Cart Sales LLC.,
If an electric cart is used for the rental
period, there must be enough charge to drive/
load the electric cart back onto Green Oak Golf
Carts delivery truck. Failure to refill the gas
to the said level, or re-charge the batteries
(on electric carts) will result in charges of
$5.00 per gallon re-fueling fee or a $10
recharge fee.
• I agree to hold harmless, defend and indemnify
Green Oak Golf Cart Sales LLC.,
and the owner of the golf cart for any and all
damages and claims of any nature whatsoever that
may arise from the use of said golf cart during
the time of the rental period, including but not
limited to claims for damages to the golf cart
itself, my person and property and the persons
and property of others.
• I agree to become familiar with the operation
and use of said golf cart, and any other
instructions provided to me regarding the cart,
and to operate the golf cart in accordance with
said instructions. I agree to contact
Green Oak Golf Cart Sales LLC.,
if I have any questions or concerns about
operating the golf cart or if my guest or I have
caused any damage to the golf cart or others
through the use of the golf cart. I agree to
examine and inspect the safety and mechanical
condition of the golf cart, reporting any
concerns or problems before driving the vehicle.
• I understand that a golf cart is subject to
the same laws and regulations pertaining to
motor vehicles and therefore agree that the golf
cart will be operated in accordance with the
laws of the State, including but not limited to
the requirement that persons driving the golf
cart must not be under the influence of alcohol
and/or illegal drugs. I further agree that I
personally will be responsible for all moving
and/or parking violations issued to said cart
while it is in my possession, under my control,
or at any time during the rental period.
• I agree that only persons who are 18 years or
older, and possess a valid driver’s license
shall be permitted to drive the golf cart. I
further agree that the maximum occupancy of the
golf cart is the number of available seats.
• I understand the golf cart will be returned to
Green oak Golf Carts with no tape, adhesive,
decorations, balloons, streamers, and etcetera.
If the cart is not returned clean, there
will be a $50.00
cleaning charge per cart.
• I understand that if the golf cart should
become inoperable through no fault of mine, I
will contact,
Green Oak Golf Cart Sales LLC., the day of this
occurring, as Green Oak Golf Carts will
take reasonable steps to have the vehicle
repaired as soon as it is possible to do so.
*CANCELLATIONS*-
All cancellations must be completed 7 days prior
to the rental period. Failure to cancel a
scheduled rental within the 7 days will result
in a charge of the 50% of the rental cost
(excluding the delivery charge).

understand and agree to the conditions set forth

Golf Cart Rental Agreement. I acknowledge that
I have signed this document voluntarily and
freely and that my signature creates a
contractual obligation that binds my guests, all
passengers and myself. I further understand and
agree that the use of the golf cart is a
privilege granted to me solely for my benefit
and that
Green Oak Golf Cart Sales LLC.,
may revoke the privilege at any time.
